The Board is comprised of the Principal, four elected parent board members, three selected board members, a co-opted board member and an elected staff and student board member.
About The Board
Elected parent members must be nominated by a member of the school, and voted on by the school parent community. Re-elections for the parent member positions are held every three years. The staff board member is nominated and elected by the staff of the school; the student board member is nominated and elected by the students of the school.

If any students have questions or concerns they wish to raise with the Kaipara College Board, they can contact the student representative.
Meetings
Meetings are typically held on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm.
